The Role

We are looking for a talented senior manufacturing engineer to oversee the implementation of our manufacturing processes including EOL and final check implementation

The senior manufacturing engineer will oversee the design of production machinery and will identify and recommend solutions to production problems related to materials, processes, and tooling.

The Work you'll do

• Supervise and/or design tools and machines used to manufacture products.
• Reviews production program equipment, hardware, and tooling; makes recommendations for repairs or replacement.
• Oversees the development of new processes, methods, and production controls.
• Installs new equipment and ensures that it operates correctly; trains others to operate new machinery.
• Prepares operations manuals for new or existing equipment.
• Main interface to assy line suppliers and/or supervise sub supplier manufacturing process.  
• Maintains knowledge of new and developing manufacturing technology, equipment, and applications; applies this knowledge to recommend and implement new technology and processes.
  
  

The Skills you need

• Extensive knowledge of production principles and techniques.
• Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Experience in evaluating and troubleshooting EOL final check implementation including Burn/In-Run/In process
• Working knowledge of continuous improvement processes/lean manufacturing concepts, methods, and principles.
• Strong organization and management skills.
• Experience using CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, and related software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The qualifications you need

• Degree in manufacturing, industrial, electrical/electronic or mechanical engineering required
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering preferred.
• Medium/advanced in English
